Short version: be honest, be first-hand, be kind.
Moderation
Nothing publishes until a moderator reviews it. We're not filtering for negativity — a detailed, first-hand, critical review is exactly what we want. We filter for two things: a lack of specificity, and a lack of first-hand basis. If your post is returned for edits, you'll get a note explaining what would help.
Reviews
Reviews must be about your own first-hand experience. One review per place, per person. Once published, reviews aren't removed on request — that's what makes them worth reading. Verified business owners may post a single reply to each review.
Privacy
Your real name is visible only to moderators. Publicly you appear as your username or as Anonymous. Your email address is never shown to other members and never sold. Contact between members happens through our in-app relay, so your email stays private unless you choose to share it.
What doesn't belong here
- Accusations of abuse, neglect, or illegal activity — please report those to the authorities who can act on them (see our FAQ).
- Naming and shaming individual employees by name, especially in health and childcare.
- Promotional posts, spam, or pay-for-placement of any kind.
- Hearsay and second-hand stories presented as your own experience.
Reporting
